Evodna Springer

Ms Springer is the textbook definition of above and beyond! I met Ms Evodna three and a half months before we listed the house when I was struggling with renovations and *convinced* the house was never going to sell. Evodna was the only realtor invited that came prepared with actual numbers and data for the house, answering questions I didn't even know I had. She spent extra time before we even agreed to work together helping me formulate a renovation plan to save time and money, as well as coaching to help put all my worries to rest. She went out of her way over the next few months checking in on me and providing motivation, as well as putting me in touch with her *excellent* resources to help me with renovation tasks bigger than I could handle. When the time finally came to list, she was *spot on* predicting how long it would take to sell and for how much.. I am still in shock at how accurate she was. I will *forever* be grateful to Ms Evodna and her team for getting me through this very stressful process with patience and understanding.
