He always keep me having a positive attitude. And insured me the right home for me would come up. And it did. He explain everything to me. And found a house that worked for my location and needs. He was willing to go the extra mile in insuring I got my house. He was also very honest throughout the process. There were houses I would over look major issue just to get my first home. Some house way overpriced for what it was. Evins made sure I knew the fact and had my best interest in mind rather the closing on a house I would not like or would like but not love.
