Evie handled the sale of my late mother's trust property from start to finish, and I'd work with her again. Selling a probate/trust property is its own kind of headache. Our first accepted offer fell through, for reasons that had nothing to do with her, and she got right back to work and had it under contract again with a solid all-cash buyer.
