She was prompt, understanding, thoughtful and in the end made it all happen. Would recommend her without any reservations! “Evie sent my brother and I an advertisement card in the mail after my Uncle passed away and we inherited his estate. Calling her was on of the best decisions I have ever made. Selling my uncles house was a complete nightmare. It was in very poor condition, the building was encroached on two different lots owned by two different people, both of which were not awesome humans to say the least. The home was also in a trust and a fourth party as the trustee. This process took almost two years with several almost solds, but Evie never gave up!! She handle all of the crazy personalities and legal hurdles and got the house sold. I am not sure what we would have done without her. She helped in so many different ways.
