Everth was our real estate agent on several transactions, which included the sell of my husband’s condo (he purchased prior to our marriage), the sell of our estate properties, the sell of our first home, and the purchase of our second home This review is based not on one experience, but the result of multiple transactions that spanned two years. Everth was honest, reliable (he was always there to answer our calls and the calls of other real estate agents), he was realistic on the value of our home and didn’t want us to settle for anything less (thank you because he saved us thousands of dollars), but at the same time had the experience and knowledge of the amount that we could save when purchasing our new home) I truly felt that we had a real estate agent and friend on our side.
