We He is a team player, we had some unusual circumstances and multiple issues i.e. seller / agent / lender, that could have "killed the deal", his diligence and persistence was very valuable. Evert was forthright with us, did not have the answer to a question he said so, and followed up promptly with a proper answer or document. That is much appreciated.
