I worked with Evert on a home purchase in Redington Beach. A few perks to working with him - he knows everyone in the area. So the house I bought doesn't have a pool - he connected me with a local reputable pool company. I needed a new roof to even get insurance - he coordinated that AND connected with an HVAC company to handle the HVAC component. He was there with me every step of the way and it was very appreciated.

Evert did an outstanding job of helping us purchase our condominium. We He is a team player, we had some unusual circumstances and multiple issues i.e. seller / agent / lender, that could have "killed the deal", his diligence and persistence was very valuable. Evert was forthright with us, did not have the answer to a question he said so, and followed up promptly with a proper answer or document. That is much appreciated.
