Selling a house in the middle of pandemics and world crises was no easy feat. But Evelyn took on this challenge with a tremendous understanding of our needs and professionalism in helping us meet them. Other agents came to our home and were quite dismissive of our 100+ year old property and tried to talk us down in price, but Evelyn saw the tremendous value in our estate and the care our family had put into it. She knew that what we needed was to find the family who placed the same values on a property that we did. She told us it would take a little time, and of course, it did. But all things considered, it was a miracle to sell a home like ours in the middle of such world chaos and Evelyn delivered that miracle. We had to have caution with the Covid regulations and respect for the tenants in our home at the time caring for our property and we were out of the country and Evelyn managed all of it. She listened to what we felt every step of the way and when she didn’t agree we were able to discuss it and Come to the right solution for our family. In the end, the perfect family found our home, and we were able to live on with our lives too. We highly recommend Evelyn Winningham for your real estate needs l, either buying or selling. She is a wonderful agent you can trust and a very very kind human being. The Brizman Family

Evelyn was professional, helpful, responsive and knew the areas history and able to articulate its charm..

Evelyn has been the selling agent for several pieces of property for our family and we have always been very satisfied with her knowledge and service. She is pro-active and consistently kept us advised and informed regarding market conditions and what would enhance the sale of our properties. She will always be our first choice should we need an agent in the future.

Successful completion of the sale of my house under trying conditions.

I only have great things to say about Evelyn. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and knew exactly what we were looking for. Not to mention she and her family have lived in Jacksonville/Applegate area for generations. This is actually the 2nd purchase we have made with her. I definitely know who to call if we ever need a realtor again.

She was top notch in all aspects of the transaction

Throughout the entire process (it was not an easy one), Evelyn was very professional and extremely patient and helpful to me and my wife.

it took a while for the property sell. Evelyn didn't bother us unless she had information to report or concrete suggestions. she seemed very up to date on the constantly changing Oregon Real-estate laws and regulations

The process of buying my new dream home in Ruch took over a year and Evelyn stood by my side from beginning to end. It was my very first house purchase and it was a very rocky road that Evelyn guided me through with great knowledge, negotiation skills and patience. Thank you, Evelyn, I consider you one of the best real estate agents - an agent who does care for his client!
