Evelyn helped me throughout the whole selling process

Evelyn helped me throughout the whole selling process. Every document wether I had to sign or not was explained to me like a 5 year old, which was extremely helpful. She banks on her knowledge and is extremely confident in what she is doing. That being said, she was able to negotiate a price above appraisal which I was grateful for. Thank you Evelyn.
