When we then proceeded to ignore all of that sage advice, she still showed us the houses that we wanted to see, helped us craft competitive offers, and stayed on top of listing agents to get us as much information as possible. Evelyn was gracious enough to bare with us through our foolhardiness and through her perseverance we revisited a property that we saw early on in the search and secured our first home! Evelyn was thorough yet flexible and extremely responsive. She offered guidance and support even when our dreams exceeded our budget.
