As my mentor and real estate agent, Evelyn is a great and very efficient realtor. As the owner of the property, 956 Salt Pond Place, the renter that wrote the bad review was a terrible candidate. What she said is untrue, she was pushy during the transaction, before any documents were signed she was trying to turn on power with duke energy while i was still occupying the home. She asked for free furniture and also would text me at late hours of the night asking for things from me. She also did not have the money for the deposit ready nor the first months rent. Evelyn helped me avoid this mistake with this candidate and found me a great couple that is renting the apartment who pays their rent on time. Evelyn is available at all hours of the night and has over 14 years of experience!
