Evelyn is a wonderful agent. We were first time home buyers and she helped us in every way possible to make the process easy for us. She is very communicative, patient and knowledgeable. She is always on top of things and is ready to answer any questions you may have. She will provide all facts and data to help you make you an informed decision, but at the same time she isn't pushy (big plus for me). I couldn’t believe how responsive she was to all of our requests and questions, and she knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of buying a home. I would highly recommend her.

We live in Kentucky and were looking to buy a home in Florida to have for our retirement in a few years. Just by chance we came across Evelyn and she really went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for. Ended up we never looked at a home in her local area but she truly went out of her way to show us houses 2 hours from her home. Though we didn't find one on our initial trip looking, Evelyn did all the work for us on a home we found online. We purchased the home without ever seeing it personally but Evelyn checked it out for us and was our eyes in Florida. There is no question she will hang with you and do all in her power to find what you are looking for.
