Evelyn Mallous represented me in my purchase of this condo in Cape Coral. Since I am in NY and could not travel to Florida due to Covid, she went above and beyond in assisting me with virtual tours, getting answers from the condo board, and setting up the property inspection. She is always extremely responsive. She even suggested on her own and negotiated a price reduction for me just before closing even though I was ready to pay the previously agreed to price. This clearly shows that she puts the interests of her clients above even her own as the lower final price likely reduced her commission. I would highly recommend Evelyn to family and friends!
