Once we went into offers phase, Evelyn was absolutely on top of the paperwork. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable of the entire process and details (with the inherent convoluted language and caveats) but she also responded in record times. Even when she's on vacation she made sure she has everything in line and had set up a backup agent in case we run into any hiccups when she's away. Overall, she's simply the best! Evelyn was really great and efficient. She helped us purchase our new home in 2015 fiercely competitive LA market. She was very responsive, attentive, diligent and always available when I needed her. I definitely appreciated her feeling of urgency - she never left a text, call or email unanswered promptly and always stayed on top of things and including the seller's real estate agent and my lender (both turned out to be flaky and unresponsive once we went into escrow). She was also very good at communicating and walking me through each step of the process - never left me wondered where we stand or what is coming next. You can tell she has a real determination and a passion for what she does. Highly recommending - very knowledgeable, sweet and professional.
