Evelyn was a fantastic realtor. We relocated from NJ which is a very different market form San Diego. She asked us many questions to understand what we were looking for and then paid very close attention as we looked at homes to show us additional homes. She spent many hours looking with us and never rushed us or acted inpatient. When we found the home we wanted, there was already an offer, but she was able to work with the other realtor to help us negoiate successfully. Once our offer was accepted, she supported us all the way. She always returned calls immediately and patiently answered our questions and guided us.
