Miss Evelyn is a great person first then a respected agent. Ms. Evelyn Belcher is an angel! From the first contact, Ms. Belcher guided me from suggestions on neighborhoods to our first home tour (which is the home I ultimately purchased). As soon as we walked up to the house, she pointed out things I would not have noticed. This continued from the basement: looking above to the pipes, hot water heater year, the heater and water line to the kitchen: the floors, ceiling and walls into the bathroom: ground outlets and ultimately, looking out for any water stains from pipes, ceilings and walls in every room of the house. Also, Ms. Belcher guided me through the process of the offer, home inspection (which she attended with me), as well as the few weeks of DocuSign's emails (she prepared me on what each document would be for) and consistent phone calls to keep me focus and on track to closing. Ms. Belcher is my greatest cheerleader! She gave me time to make sound decisions with her knowledgeable information she shared along with any resources to support my buying process. Lastly, Ms. Belcher and I went through the last walk through before closing. She attended my closing along with my first homeowner gift. What a phenomenal woman! Please give her flowers today!
