About Evelia

I have been in Real Estate and Lending industry business for the past 16 years. Started in banking then moved to the broker aspect of it. It is then that I saw the need of bilingual (SPANISH) agents was needed. I am very involved in our community and help run an organization who's mission is to assist the Latino population in Sustainable home ownership. I am the past 2019 NAHREP ( National Association of Real estate Professionals) President, I am Vice President to Florin road Foundation, I am a Committee member for The Sacramento Association of Realtors Grievance, Charitable Research and Nominating Committee's. Whether you're a first time buyer or move up buyer I can help you! I have also done many successful short sales and can also assist my clients with great financing in Residential or Commercial. I am fluent in Spanish, and am familiar with the Central Valley and Sacramento Northern California. I follow my code of ethics, and aspire to assist all those achieve and maintain a mortgage within their means. I am that Agent that's willing to go the extra mile for her clients.
