Eve Tarm

We worked with Eve when my family and I were moving out of the city into the northern suburbs. We weren't sure which one we were moving to, so Eve graciously showed us around all of them before slowly filtering out which towns we were eliminating from our search. Eve is patient, we went out every weekend for months with a newborn and a 1 year old! Can you imagine the starting/stopping, feeding, chasing after, etc? She is simply the best, she would watch the babes while I toured each house. Eve doesn't impress her opinions on you, but instead points out various nuances of each house and what that means for you in the long run. When I sent her listings, she would drive past them, scope them out and tell me whether or not I would like the location based on what she knew of me. I can't recommend Eve enough for anyone looking for a home.

Eve helped us to buy our new house in Wilmette last year. She was always helpful and very proactive. She has good contacts and is very knowledgeable of the local market. If we move again, we will call her for sure. Víctor
