It was a awesome experience she was extremely nice and caring. Eve showed concern when trying to find the right house. Eve went out of way to help find the right house by coming on the weekends her and husband for a room at a hotel so she wouldn't miss her appointment even after buying my house she called me to see if I was still liking the house
Let me first say, I do not write reviews. I do not often have an experience that I feel the need to share with people. So this will hopefully give you a small idea of what this reviews means to me. I have the honor and the pleasure of being Eve's first client. In October of 2017, Eve showed me the very first house she had ever shown. At the time, I was unable to buy due to personal reasons. Eve, however, believed in me even when I did not. Over the months since that day, Eve has kept in touch with me, always checking in on me and my situation to make sure everything was alright, all the while encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and try for a house. I fought her every step of the way, until I finally gave in. Finally in May of this year, With Eve's knowledge and connections, I got in touch with a lender who was able to approve me for a loan for the house of my dreams. After having rental houses sold out from under me while I lived in them for 3 years, my son now has a home that we won't have to worry about. He has now dubbed it his "forever home," and Eve and her team made that possible! I will forever be indebted to Eve Parks!! She gave my son and I a brighter future.
