Eve is awesome... Buying a home right now in South Florida is not a simple thing. Unless you have huge buckets of cash, it's going to be a grind. Eve worked an insane amount of hours with me... nights, weekends, all hours of the day on the phone. I can't remember how many houses we looked at, but Eve gladly and patiently worked with me through it all. Frankly, Eve kept me from breaking down and giving up a number of times. In the end, we found an amazing home in a perfect neighborhood... and we won! Along the way, I was super impressed by Eve's poise and her ability to charm listing agents into revealing more about their position than they should have.
