Welcome to my hometown! I am a native of Atlanta and have loved living in the North Atlanta area since 1968, which makes me a rare find because no one is really from here! We are a very transient city and we welcome all new residents. I have enjoyed selling residential real estate for over 14 years and assisting corporate relocation clients moving to North Atlanta for over eight years. I regularly work with both local buyers and relocating clients to purchase the perfect home for their family. I find helping corporate relocation acclimate to their new city very rewarding. North Atlanta has so much to offer new residents, award-winning schools, lush green parks/nature trails, beautiful swim/tennis communities or stately homes with acreage, plus world-class dining and shopping (and no comment on the traffic). My partner Patty Ash and I are experts at marketing homes for local move-up and down-sizing sellers or out-going transferees (attaining a 100% success rate in the last 12 months). My thirteen years of experience in advertising/marketing for Coca-Cola, Delta, and UPS helps us deliver creative, effective marketing plans to our sellers!
