Eve has been a huge pleasure to work with. As newbies to the area, she gladly carted my husband and I around the Springs to help us find our dream rental, and even shared some of the local hotspots! But not only is she personable, she’s always on top of it! In the matter of a few hours she had organized a morning of showings at a handful of properties that all fit the bill. And once we decided on our best fit, she then went out of her way to help us put our best foot forward in the application process. She even advocated for us with the landlord, making sure we scored a great home.
