With a degree in Business Marketing and over a decade of real estate experience, Evaughn brings unparalleled knowledge and expertise to her clients. A proud graduate of Everest University in Brandon, FL, she began her career in 2007 as a leasing agent specializing in first-model tax credit properties. Her dedication and drive have fueled her professional growth, earning her Real Estate Sales Agent license in 2013, a Certified Property Management designation in 2015, and her Real Estate Broker’s License in 2021. In 2023, she further elevated her credentials by becoming a Moseley Certified Real Estate Trainer for Pre-License Associates and Brokers, as well as an RPR Certified Trainer through the National Association of Realtors.
