As a New Jersey native and a seasoned real estate professional, Mr. Bardossas recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and he strives every day to exceed their expectations.
Not only is Mr. Bardossas a seasoned agent but he also has many years of leadership and training experience in the real estate field. He has manged small offices all the way up to training a 27 office multi state real estate company. Because of this he's able to spot real estate trends in differing markets and advise his clients on the best path of action for them.
Prior to entering real estate, Mr. Bardossas worked in the home services field. He managed the day to day operations of a multi state cleaning company and acted as a project manager for nationwide construction projects. As an owner of a cleaning business and a project manager for national construction projects he understands the care it takes to maintain a property. He also transfers this experience to the sales process and advising his clients on how to maintain, renovate, and extend the life of the home.
Outside of real estate, Mr. Bardossas takes pride in giving back to the community and mentoring the younger generation on how to be successful in school and the ever changing job & real estate markets.
