Evan helped my husband and I find our first home together and we couldn't be happier! We looked at multiple areas and Evan was very patient with us. Once we locked down a location, we looked at a few homes but kept coming back to the same house. Once we decided to make an offer, Evan explained the process to us and was very helpful. He helped us with all of our negotiating and we feel like we ended up with an amazing home in a great area for a good price. I would definitely recommend Evan if you are looking for a realtor!
