Evan Osentoski

It’s my pleasure to offer my comments regarding my experience with Evan Osentoski. Simply stated I could not have entrusted the sale of our country estate to a harder working, more dedicated or sincere individual. Evan took ownership of the process from day one. He was intuitive enough to recognize this estate had been family owned for more than 100 years and understood that I had spent a large portion of my life restoring and rebuilding it. He recognized what it meant to us and pledged to do everything possible to assist us in this endeavor. He followed through and kept that promise. Evan did an excellent job of preparing the listing and promoting the sale. He remained in constant contact with us throughout the process. Evan was always accessible to answer any questions or concerns that arose. There was not a single time that I reached out to him that he left me hanging and waiting for an answer. If he was not in a position to answer his phone, he would 100% of the time return my call as soon as he was free. If I sent him a text message, his response was almost always immediate! Evan was available to me 24 hours a day 7 days a week throughout this entire process. There were times when it was necessary for us to communicate late at night. When those times arose, Evan was cheerfully there. When concerns or worries crept into our minds Evan found a way to allay those fears. Evan, was a professional in every sense of the word. He knows how to get the job done and does it. I highly recommend Evan. The sale of our estate afforded me the opportunity meet and get to know and come to respect the the caliber of person Evan is. Now, with the sale of our estate behind us, I am proud to say that Evan and I have become Friends! You would be doing yourself a great favor to engage him in the sale or the purchase of your home or property.
