Professional and headache free
My experience with Evan was very professional and headache free. She dealt with the sellers agent with all discrepancies that came up (I bought an estate house so there were a few) as well as conversing with the lender to make sure I would close on time even during the state of affairs in the world. She was constantly following up and walking me through the process of buying my first home! I will definitely be using Evan again when I buy or sell real estate in the Newnan area.
