Working with Evan was a wonderful experience! From day 1 he went above and beyond to understand our family's needs/wants. He has a vast knowledge of different home types and home structures (which is a big bonus!) His list of contacts (inspector, mortgage specialists, etc) were helpful & we tapped into them during the process. Evan is a great negotiator and looks for the best possible outcome for his client. He *GENUINELY* (stressing that!) cares and it shows. He is easily reached and has time to talk about different scenarios and strategies. My wife and I were not the easiest clients and came up against challenges, but Evan kept us positive, focused and going forward. We now have our home and are very happy.
