Evan Kready Evan Kready brings more than 25 years of hands-on property experience to every listing and every client. He started in commercial maintenance in 1999 with Roger C. Perry in Columbus, Ohio, and spent the next decade-plus working his way up as a maintenance technician, chief engineer, and regional chief engineer. His work was with Ohio Equities, Equity, Grubb & Ellis, Colliers International, and Lillibridge — almost entirely Class A commercial real estate. That background is practical, not theoretical. Evan is HVAC Universal certified and has worked as a plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, brick mason, and in restoration, new construction, and remodeling. He knows how buildings are put together, what fails, what it costs to fix, and what a buyer or seller should be asking before the inspection. In 2014 he founded E.K. Property Services, which remains active today. He is also a licensed Ohio realtor, a licensed auctioneer, and the operator of Kready Auctions. Clients get an agent who can walk a property and see more than paint and square footage — systems, structure, maintenance history, and real-world value.
