Evan Kishnieff at Century 21 Bundesen in Petaluma is our "realtor saint". He made miracles happen for us! In the 30-some sales and purchases we've done with agents, Evan was clearly the best! As sellers we needed to get our rental property on the market immediately. After scouring the internet for local agents with large numbers of perfect reviews and reading their backgrounds we luckily happened upon Evan. We'd sent him an email Friday night at dinnertime – not normal "business hours", but he answered right away. He came to our property early the next morning and we were impressed with his straightforward answers, obvious integrity, internet knowhow and negotiating skills. No hype! No puffery! Once hired he worked diligently at all hours to make the sale succeed despite nearly impossible-to-work-with buyers and a less than capable buyers' agent. Due to Evan's strategic planning we were able to sell quickly at a price significantly higher than asking.
