Evan helped the reviewer buy this property

Evan does the job and more.

If you want a knowledgeable Real Estate agent…Evan Kessler is the one. In the world we currently live, Evan knows what the market represents and understands from a buyers or sellers perspective…which way works best for his client. He even assists with paperwork and the “ sometimes challenging “ HOA information. He knows what he’s doing and actually likes doing it. I would hire him again.
