Evan was amazing. He made us feel like we were his only client. He is very knowledgeable and timely about communication. He made sure that we always knew what to expect every step of the way—especially helpful to us as first-time home buyers. He also had a list of contacts or other professionals needed in the home buying process. We use several of them and we're very pleased with all of them, especially our attorney, Genevieve Daniels. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with Evan. We will definitely recommend him to all of our friends in the future.

Evan was an incredible realtor, and helped us find our dream home -- quickly and from another state. He helped us to get acquainted with the area by driving us all over Chicago and surrounding areas. He then helped us locate and visit many wonderful homes that met our criteria, giving us candid advice regarding the pros and cons of each. He always made time for us, and we never felt rushed or pressured. He was also an organized, responsive, and effective negotiator. Overall, the process could not have been more smooth and painless. We would absolutely recommend Evan to anyone!
