Evan has expert-level knowledge especially in regards to non-move-in ready houses (renovation and construction projects), which was what we were interested in. When we weren’t even his clients, he spent over an hour on the phone making sure our questions were fully answered. We promptly switched realtors and were extremely satisfied with the level of service offered by the Compean Group. Evan is a pleasure to work with - patient, responsive, and thorough. Just one example of his dedication is that he was extremely apologetic for being out of communication for a few days, but then I discovered he had been in the hospital with covid and had called me even though he still wasn’t fully recovered! When it was time for us to put in an offer, Evan conducted thorough market research on neighborhood comps and always had data-backed reasons for his recommendations on what to bid. Even when we decided to offer a different amount, he reassured and supported us that we were making the right decision for us.
