Evan Badt

I was looking for a property in the DHS (Desert Hot Springs) area, we found one to look at, called Evan, and an hour later we meet at the property, It was not for me. But!!! we looked up the street three houses away, at a property not on Evans listing, we walked up, Evan was on the phone, boom, he had the code to the house, in we went, I said I want it, Evan started calling, I called my finance guy, as it was a little over what I wanted to pay, I was approved, evan started Escrow right there. He made it all so easy, the sellers agent was no where near as good as Evan, he was all over them, he never once lied to me, was always on time, any questions, he got the answer quickly, and made the whole thing effortless. Yes, I need a realtor in the future and if Evan is around, I will use him again.

I personally had a great experience working with Evan to sell my condo in Desert Princess , he provided support during the whole escrow process and negotiated on our behalf. He kept communication between escrow and the buyer’s agent. I highly recommend Evan !
