This was my first home purchase and Evalon made my first experience as seamless as possible. Even though I was purchasing from out of state (NY) she somehow managed to make sure that I wasn't missing out on anything. She is thorough, detailed and not afraid to negotiate or ask any hard questions to the seller. She is well versed and knows how to answer any question I may have.
