I’m so grateful that we had Eva and Kathy working with us during trying times.

Over a several year period, Eva and Kathy worked with my daughter and I to both find a home to move into, as well as sell the home we moved out of. During that time, they made us aware of the many homes for sale in the area where we wanted to move, and were always available, even on short notice, to come up to the foothills and show us homes that had come to our attention. When it came time to sell our vacated home, the housing market was in bad shape due to high interest rates, as well as a glut of houses on the market. Despite that Eva advised us as to different strategies to try to get the house sold. Nothing short of a miracle could have sold a home during that period of time, but with their persistence and ideas we were able to find a buyer and close on the sale.
