From day one, we found Eva to be knowledgeable, realistic and easy to communicate with. The listing price was realistic and she helped us to focus on the areas of the property that could be spruced up for showing and marketing the property. Eva did one open house and showed the property several times. There was also a rental unit on the property, and Eva was able to communicate with the Spanish speaking tenants in their language. Which was so helpful in setting up appointments for showings. Eva listened to our wants and concerns and worked with the buyers realtor to bring us a fair price for our property. As some glitches came up in escrow, Eva was always quick to communicate the issues and answer our questions.
