I worked with Eva remotely while I was living out of state and preparing to move to the Chicago area at first. She was professional in the manner in which she contacted me to start with. She gave me time and space to search on line and checked in from time to time to assure the home listings she sent were meeting my criteria. As soon as I arrived in Illinois and was ready to look at homes she was prompt in responding to my requests and graciously accommodated my schedule for all meetings. She explained the process clearly to me and was courteous and professional in each encounter. I immediately felt comfortable working with her as she was not pushy nor critical and even when some of the homes we looked at were unpleasant she treated the home owner and myself with respect and offered suggestions to find homes that were more suited to my needs. I made numerous changes to the areas I wanted to search and she went above and beyond to look for listings and keep my best interests in mind. I felt I was in good hands in looking for homes without major problems. She helped me navigate the intricacies of searching property details and figuring out distances to and from work and the towns I wanted to be near. She had excellent knowledge of the area and communities which was very helpful to me being new to the state. In the buying process she was quick to follow up with me every step of the way and be certain I knew how things were progressing and what to expect next. I had complete confidence in her abilities to help me navigate the closing and all the details leading up to it. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had the privilege of having Eva as my realtor for a condo purchase. She is wonderful. She took her time and was very responsive. I was on a short time frame and trying to get a lot done in a specific period of time. Talk about patience on her behalf. We ended up with a short sale and I know her commission was not a lot but she always treated me like I had bought a million dollar home and always willing to accommodate me. Working with her made a very stressful situation easier.
