Angel Chao and the Eva Lin realty team were the best allies we could’ve hoped for when we bought our house. I say that not just because Angel was extremely knowledgeable, but also because she treated us with the same care she’d treat her own family. She was patient with us as we changed our minds a few times on what our wants/priorities were, was incredibly forthcoming about the pros/cons of every house we visited, and never once pushed us toward a home we didn’t love. She gave us practical advice on how to discern if an home was for us - this included her strong recommendation that we visit the neighborhood at night to make sure we felt safe. We followed her advice, and are glad we did!Even after we closed, she guided us through an intense and complicated 14-day escrow that would’ve been impossible to navigate on our own. We were very closely in touch, and she really kept us in track. During escrow, we had a great experience with all of the inspectors that the team recommended to us - we truly felt that they only recommended companies that they would use themselves. Furthermore the team arranged everything for us - it really felt like a concierge service! For these reasons and so many more, we enthusiastically recommend Angel and the whole team to anyone looking to buy a home!
