When a business relationship turns into a friendship, that is how extraordinary Eva is! She has been such a blessing to our family. Eva is someone we can always count on. Can't say enough positive elements with the last 6 months spent with Eva, as our real estate buyers agent. Ft. Myers/Cape Coral is a hot market right now, and my partner and I are finicky, some have actually said neurotic! We were looking at numerous areas throughout Lee County, and Eva showed us all the disparate locations we were looking, as well as providing a wealth of information of the neighborhood levels specifics (benefit of working with a native Floridian!) She never lost her professionalism, or optimistic outlook, as we reviewed and then passed on property after property.
