I can not say enough great stuff about Eva and her partner Nicole. I found them by doing a search of Top agents with experience and proven results in the Bal Harbour market. I narrowed my search down to Two highly qualified Groups, after interviewing. both , I choose Nicole and Eva. Their analysis of the right price based on the market was well done and we agreed on a reasonable selling price with the intent to get a sale done quickly. Their plan to sell the property was great and their connections with other Agents serving this market was impressive. As the condo was occupied by my elderly inlaws, they agreed to the parameters we established as to any tours of potential buyers , by accommodating them as to best times to show with the least disruption. They were very respectful of the elderly inlaws needs and were fully accommodating through out the process. After we worked out the listing agreement, they quickly went to work , through their network they found buyers interested in this High end property. The property was not on the MlS yet , and they Surprisingly found a serious prospect quickly, after much negotiations in arriving at an aggregable price to both parties, negotiations that went late into the night, we arrived at a signed sale contract. Their help in bringing the parties close was very well done. Post escrow, they still actively participated in issues and even after closing were very helpful in small solutions to small issues.
