From the day we met, she has been there to help guide me through the difficult process of selling my parents home. She was very sensitive to the needs of my parents, especially my mom and the complications of her illnesses. Eunice went out of her way to make sure everything was on schedule and personally helped me organize and pack boxes and move furniture when it was 115 degrees outside. I can not even express my gratitude for the help she offered at an incredibly difficult time and the sensitivity in which she handled everything in regard to the COVID pandemic, especially concerning my parents, people who are at high risk. Eunice minimized their contact with the public and was able to sell their home in one weekend. We were able to choose from multiple offers above asking price. I am so grateful for her guidance, knowledge, compassion and help from the day we met to the day we closed and beyond. She is now helping me search for a home of my own and I have complete confidence I will be more than pleased with the end result.
