Eugene Taake

When we first started looking for homes, we didn't know what to look for at all. Eugene taught us everything about looking for homes and really showed how much knowledge he has. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to work with Eugene. He never pressured us and we could feel that he really cared about getting our family in the right house. He would even warn us when a deal looks a little fishy. Overall, Eugene is a real person and isn't out here trying to sell houses knowing that some of them are borderline uninhabitable. He's a great realtor and an even better human!

Was very helpful and courteous, responses to inquiries were quick, with his help and my lenders help, all the paperwork was done by close (minus the closing paperwork of course.) Eugene even gave me some advice for owning a home and some tips for keeping the hope in good working order, he knew the area well and was always willing and able to show us more homes. I was working with realtors that seemed to lose interest in my situation and didn't really seem to want to show any more homes to me, and i even spoke to some realtors that essentially turned me away, for no apparent reason (other than i don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend on a home.) But Eugene doesn't seem to care about that, he just wants to give you the best experience and help you out as much as he can, no matter the situation. I would definitely recommend him again.

I was contacted by Eugene through Zillow, he was wonderful to work with, I couldn't imagine a better agent if you are looking for a new home in the Metro East. He was super professional at all times, and always on the ball. My next house purchase will be through him.
