After my military career; I decided to obtain my real estate license since I always had an interest in learning more about the business. In 2003 I obtained my real estate license and began practicing real estate. I was mentored by Joe Sullivan who was the owner of Mobile Home Living. Joe took me in and showed me the ropes. I learned how to show homes, present offers in person, build a rapport with clients and number 1; be honest.
I quickly became a top producer in listing and selling mobile homes in the Carson area. I built a valuable relationship with a local lender name Pacific Coast Financial and together we built valuable relationships with clients that attracted a large referral of new clients. Because of my client's satisfaction with my service; I quickly received a large amount of referrals representing buyers and sellers of mobile homes, condos and single family residences.
In 2006 when the market crashed; I began doing BPO property valuations for banks which allowed me to learn the appraisal and valuation side of the business. I quickly attracted the attention of a large Valuation Company and became their preferred partner for valuations in the South Bay and Long Beach area. I have completed more than 1500 valuations to date and continue to provide reports to several Banks. My vast experience has allowed me to remain a factor in the business and a valuable source for my clients. I continue to provide excellent personalized service to my clients with a wide range of experience that has kept me in business for 10 years.
