Etta is an amazing realtor! I tried another ReMax realtor, closest one to my neighborhood. Thank goodness I didn’t sign a contract with him. I have some knowledge of the realty business, and I just wasn’t getting the information and support I needed with him. A walk through the neighborhood and I came up with Etta’s name; then a walk through the internet to find reviews like the one I’m now writing. She came the next day after I called having done her research on my house both with county records and comparables. We discussed strategies for both a sale and prepping my house. She had names of trusted people to hire to do things I didn’t have the energy to do AND took care of contacting them. She was there every step of the way, offering suggestions I sometimes resisted but am glad I took, and working WITH me on everything. And even though she was out of state when my first contract fell through, she followed up on our plan and had another contract in place within 24 hours. I simply cannot praise her work and work ethics enough. Hire and then listen to her if you have a house to sell. It may be exhausting as you meet her expectations for getting your house ready, but then the offers you receive will be overwhelming. And you will be like me and say she earned every penny of her commission and then some. I am very happy I found Etta and you will be, too.

Etta's help selling our house was invaluable. Her help getting the property ready to show including her contractor resources i.e. painters, lock smiths, plumbers, landscapers, cleaners etc were all very good and reasonable.
