She has a full book of contacts to help with any issue, including pest control, woodworking, plumbing, appliances, you name it. Etta was always on time and revealed one step at a time in a very intricate and confusing process that made it much less stressful. She was also very reassuring and supportive during an uncertain and chaotic move. We love Etta.
