ESTHER ZORN
Early performances were very positive in terms of her knowledge, encouragement, and even sharing a helpful book she had written. As we moved closer to listing the house for sale, a year or more later, conflicts occurred, including her new commands about how to stage the house, what we had to do with furniture or and wheny. For example, in a row of the March, she totally surprised us with a new demand that we take nearly all furniture out of four bedrooms before she hosted it, This was after complementing some of this bedroom furniture as earlier suggestions for staging were given. This was also the first time we realized we had to move out before she would host an open house. I am not sure she was/is aware of what she did to frustrate us to the point we considered looking for another agent. Then, toward the end, she worked very hard to show the housekeeper multiple times and facilitate, with a lawyer, resolution of some longstanding legal/financial issures. Here, her aggressive stance and personal support were effective and appreciated.
