Esther has over 16+ years of experience in the real estate industry with Keller Williams Fairfax Gateway. It has been a blessing to serve her community by helping her clients find their family home and becoming good friends as well. Esther is active in the company and served on the Agent Leadership Counsel as the Culture Chair representing agents and their needs in the market center. This included volunteer events and training such as RED Day by serving in the community at the Katherine Hanley Family Shelter in Fairfax, VA and other events. Esther taught new agents in the market center contract mastery classes to help them improve their skills when writing contracts and other forms. Outside of real estate, Esther is active in the community and has been hardworking in her local church and held leadership positions and being the vessel God uses for His glory. Esther holds a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from Troy State University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University. Family is very important to her. Esther is married to Leon for 40 years. They have three beautiful grandchildren and are extremely excited and thankful.
