She frequently did her "homework" to stay up on what houses were available and would provide market information to determine if the prices were good. Her demeanor and integrity are admirable and I plan to use her again in the future!

Esther is very good at what she does and is very knowledgeable. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find out and get back to you as soon as possible. Honestly I don't think she sleeps, she's always working to make sure the home buying process is the smoothest it can be. If I was going to buy another home, there's no one else I'd rather have as an agent.

If you're looking for that person who ropes the moon for you, her name is Esther Millette. There's not enough space her for me to truly detail all of the amazing things about her. Not only did she dog sit for a showing, stayed in constant contact and made sure every single question we had was answered (let me tell you I had A LOT of questions, all the time) she helped do things I'm 100% certain most any other realtor wouldn't help a client with (ie. dog sit for a showing) so patiently waited for our perfect house to show up and whej things went sideways, she buckled down and executed the perfect plan. For the cherry, she surprised us on closing day with a beautiful set of rocking chairs for our new porch! Now I've seen realtors give clients gifts, like gift cards or a candle, but no, not this woman, she gave us a set of WOOD ROCKING CHAIRS 😍 when you find yourself drowning in housing market, you'll want a life raft from Esther! She sold our home in 22 days. 22 single days on the market before we went under contract. Besides the quickness in which she sold it, she squeezed the face off that nickel!

Esther is so patient! She was available everytime we needed her! She not only let us look at a thousand houses, she also stayed available while we waited for the right house to come available. Esther is very kid friendly and willing to work with you even if you have a nosy toddler and a crying infant! She was also very knowledgeable. If she didn't know an answer she wasn't afraid to ask someone who would know! 10/10 recommend!
