Esther was great she knew what i wanted once i told her she found the builder in the community i wanted to leave in she was able to get me a new build by DR Horton and her negotation skills are amazing we got all the closing costs paid for she ensured all issues were addressed and fixed. Esther is very kind and deligent in her work and she will make sure that you are 100% happy with what you want which is important and she made the buying process very easy she is very attentive and she cares about making sure the house you want is exaclty what you want and she goes above and beyond she truley cares about every client she represents. I would not hesitate to use her again to buy another property.

Eti was exceptional from start to finish. She listened to us, didn’t pressure us at all, was extremely accommodating to our schedule and needs and was a pleasure to work with. Esther is a go getter and things done efficiently! I have had the pleasure of dealing with her on two occasions. She actually found me, when a rental I was selling was dropped by my agent and she stepped in. Esther took over and got some open house occasions and pushed the sale in a short time and at a better price than the previous agent. The 2nd unit she sold for me was much more challenging to sell with very high Home Owner Fees. Esther managed the situation very well. Although the high fees made it a tough sale, she managed the sale in the time frame I had given her. Esther is a no nonsense realtor and I have total satisfaction in the work she has done for me. I highly recommend her as your choice of realtor.

We thought Esther had great knowledge of the market. She actually took us to several properties not on our list to help us compare. She is friendly and was willing to help us out to get things done, as we live in TN and couldn’t be there for the inspection, etc. we loved working with Esther and will use her for future purchases.

Esther was very helpful in being the middle person with any problems or issues that would come up. Having a busy schedule it was nice to have a person who could work out issues for me while I’m otherwise occupied. Even buying new construction it was helpful having a realtor outside of the construction company to make sure things were running smoothly and fairly.
