The sale of our property in Florida was all done remotely. Estelle sent us all the required paperwork by email and the links to electronically sign the paperwork. It was easy for us to follow the instructions. The final closing paperwork was emailed to us from the title company with easy to follow instructions. We found a notary in Arizona to witness our signatures. We then sent the closing paperwork back to the title company with the prepaid Fedex label sent to us by email.
Estelle was responsive and worked hard to sell my listing. Along the way Estelle gave me honest feedback about asking price, possible seller concessions, and the drawbacks and benefits of contracts she was presenting for my consideration. Overall, an excellent job.

Estelle certainly knows the market in the Frostproof area. She was prompt and helpful in getting me and the sellers to reach a satisfactory price we could agree upon. She arranged so that I could close by ESign, rather than having to make the nine hour drive to Lake Wales for in person closing.
